J. RANDALL WILSON

Randall Wilson has more than 30 years of experience that provides a strong foundation for assisting individuals in the management of their personal and retirement assets. This same experience and foundation helps trustees for employer-sponsored retirement plans to effectively manage their fiduciary responsibility.

Randall achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in January 2001. He holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network^®. He has a BS degree in accounting and was a practicing CPA from 1981 to 1986. He also holds a master’s degree in financial services with an emphasis in retirement planning strategies, investment advisory services, and business and estate planning.

Randall has conducted continuing education workshops for CPAs and held other public workshops covering investment and retirement planning. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is a former Rotary Club president and works with several nonprofit organizations in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Randall enjoys the outdoors, especially cycling, and has participated in several century rides over the past 10 years. He has been married to his wife Valerie for 40 years.
